The agreement between your church and Tecunit for using ChurchDek.

Agreement

By registering, subscribing, or using ChurchDek, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and the church organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Service Policy, Data Protection, and Data Encryption pages.

Service description

ChurchDek provides cloud-based tools for church operations including members, finance, attendance, communications, welfare, and related modules. Features vary by subscription package. We may improve or modify features with reasonable notice where changes materially affect paid plans.

Accounts & authorization

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions taken under your account and for assigning roles appropriately within your church.

You represent that you have authority to bind your church to these terms and to upload member and financial data you are permitted to process.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew per the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled. Fees are quoted in the currency shown at purchase. SMS credits and add-ons are consumed per usage or package terms.

Trials convert to paid plans when you subscribe; expired trials may limit access until renewal. Refunds follow our published billing policy and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ChurchDek for unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory purposes.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe other tenants’ data.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages without proper consent and carrier rules.
  • Misrepresent your identity or infringe intellectual property of others.
  • Resell or sublicense the platform except as expressly permitted in writing.

Customer content

Your church retains ownership of data you enter. You grant Tecunit a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service, backups, and support.

You are responsible for the accuracy of records and for obtaining consents needed for pastoral, communications, and financial processing.

Availability & support

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (network, third-party outages) may affect access. Support channels are listed on the Contact page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchDek is provided “as is.” Tecunit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits arising from use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by your church for ChurchDek in that period, except where law prohibits such limitation.

Termination

Either party may terminate per subscription terms. We may suspend access for breach, non-payment, or security risk. Upon termination, export windows and data handling follow the Data Protection page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana unless mandatory local consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed through contact@tecunitgh.com in good faith.
