Service Policy

Operational standards, support, and platform responsibilities.

Last updated May 18, 2026 · ChurchDek operated by Tecunit

Purpose

This Service Policy explains how Tecunit operates ChurchDek day to day—support, fair use, communications rules, and how we respond to incidents. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.

Tenant responsibilities

Each church workspace must:

  • Maintain accurate admin contacts and billing information.
  • Configure roles so staff access only data required for their ministry function.
  • Honor member consent for SMS, email, and pastoral notes with appropriate privacy settings.
  • Comply with local laws for finances, receipts, and welfare disbursements.
  • Report suspected security issues promptly to contact@tecunitgh.com.

Support

Standard support is available via contact@tecunitgh.com and listed phone/WhatsApp channels during business days. Severity-1 issues (platform-wide outage, suspected breach) receive prioritized response.

Training, onboarding, and custom integrations may require separate professional services engagement.

Communications & SMS

SMS and email features must be used with opt-in where required by carriers and law. Sender IDs and templates may require approval. Credit balances are non-transferable between tenants except as stated at purchase.

We may throttle or suspend messaging if abuse, spam complaints, or delivery failures threaten platform reputation.

Fair use & capacity

Plans include reasonable storage and API usage for typical church operations. Automated scraping, excessive bulk exports, or activity that degrades shared infrastructure may be limited after notice.

Incidents & maintenance

Security incidents are investigated under our incident response process. Affected customers with material impact are notified when legally required and practically feasible.

Maintenance windows are scheduled off-peak when possible; critical patches may be applied without delay when security requires it.

Beta & preview features

Features marked beta or preview may change or be withdrawn. They are provided without the same availability commitments as generally available modules.
