    Check-in, visitors, and a quick leadership snapshot — in under 30 minutes.

    Count offerings, enter tithes, and keep funds balanced before Monday.

    2. 2Enter each gift: pick member or anonymous, amount, fund (Tithes, Building, etc.), and cash or bank account.
    3. 3For barcode workflows, use Finance → Scanner giving on a tablet at the counting table.
    4. 4Review Finance → Transactions for pending items and approve before closing the week.

    Capture guest details and start follow-up the same day.

    2. 2Record name, contact, visit date, and how they heard about the church.
    3. 3Set follow-up status and assign a discipleship class under People → Discipleship if ready.
    4. 4Log a pastoral note under People → Interaction log so the care team sees the same context.

    Reach active members without a WhatsApp blast list.

    3. 3Write your message or pick a template; check the estimated recipient count and credit balance.

  • Turn on online giving

    Publish a public giving page members can use without logging in.

    For: Treasurers, church admin

    1. 1Confirm your plan includes Online giving (see Pricing or Settings → Subscription).
    2. 2Open Finance → Online giving and connect Stripe, PayPal, or Flutterwave.
    3. 3Set your public giving URL (/give/yourchurch) and default funds.
    4. 4Share the link on Sunday slides; gifts post to Finance → Transactions automatically.

Getting started

Sign up, configure your workspace, invite your team, and go live in week one.

Church workspace

Each church gets an isolated tenant with its own subdomain, data, roles, and package features.

Go to: Overview → DashboardChurch admins, IT volunteers

    Complete email verification if prompted, then finish the setup wizard — branches and funds first.

    Invite team members from Administration → Users & Access and assign roles.

Roles & permissions

Fine-grained access so treasurers, pastors, and volunteers only see what they need.

    Invite users under Administration → Users & Access — assign one role per person.

    Give treasurers finance permissions only; pastors get Minister Dashboard and Interaction log without full admin.

    Revisit roles when you add modules (groups, welfare, online giving) on a higher plan.

People & pastoral care

Member records, visitors, discipleship, groups, and confidential pastoral notes.

Members & families

Central directory with profiles, contact info, custom fields, and household links.

    Open a profile to edit contact details, assign groups, upload documents, or view giving history.

    Use search and filters by branch or status for outreach lists.

    Export from Reports when you need a spreadsheet for an event or audit.

QR cards & scanner

Print member QR cards and run check-in from a tablet or phone-linked scanner session.

    Open People → Print QR Cards, select members or a branch, and print cards for regular attenders.

    On Sunday, open People → QR Scanner and start a session (tablet at the door works best).

  3. 3

    Scan each card or search by Member ID when someone forgets their card.

    Attendance rolls up automatically to Ministry → Attendance for that service.

Pastoral interaction log

Church-wide log of enquiries, prayer, counseling, visitations, and follow-ups with privacy controls.

Go to: People → Interaction logPastors, care team, ministers

    Open People → Interaction log after pastoral conversations (or from a member profile).

    Click Log interaction, pick a member, choose type and visibility, and set a follow-up date if needed.

    Filter by Overdue or Prayer cases each Monday to clear your follow-up queue.

    Minister Dashboard links here directly — use it as your daily starting point.

Pastoral KPIs, prayer cases, absent members, and quick links for daily ministry work.

    During service, check members in via search, QR scanner, or bulk mark from a roster.

Children check-in

Secure check-in and pickup labels for children's ministry.

Offertory boards

Day-born and custom offertory schemes with monthly totals posted to finance.

    Each month, open the period and enter totals for each segment (e.g. Monday-born, Tuesday-born).

Online giving portal

Public giving pages with card and mobile money checkout — no login required.
