Online giving & church donation software: cards, mobile money, and Zelle in one queue

Churches search for donation software, online tithe platforms, and Zelle church giving. How public giving pages and treasurer verification work in ChurchDek.

Searches like “church online giving,” “donation management software,” and “Zelle for churches” spike every stewardship season. Members want to give on phone; treasurers want clean books. The gap is identification—knowing which gift belongs to which person and fund.

Public giving without forcing login

ChurchDek provides branded /give/{church} pages where givers identify via phone, email, or Member ID, choose a fund, and pay through Stripe, PayPal, or Flutterwave where configured. No app install barrier—critical for first-time givers and older members coached by SMS link.

Zelle and manual flows

Many congregations still receive Zelle, bank transfer, or mobile money. ChurchDek shows instructions with Member ID in the payment memo, then queues submissions for treasurer verify, reject, or mark duplicate—so digital and in-person gifts land in the same stewardship story.

Reconciliation with finance

  • Verified gifts post to finance transactions and member history
  • Receipts emailed automatically where enabled
  • Funds and pledges align with campaigns elders approved
  • Audit trail shows who verified each entry

Donation software fails when it is only a payment link. Success is treasurer confidence on Monday morning—and elders seeing fund totals without a shadow spreadsheet.
